


1. Peel banana and halve lengthwise.
2. In a nonstick 10-12" frying pan over high heat, brown banana well in sesame oil, about 8 minutes.
3. Chop banana and mix with raisins, cilantro, lemon zest and Japanese chili spice.
Fish
1. Cut Fish into six even portions.
2. Pat fish with chopped cilantro and salt.
3. Saute fish over medium heat.
4. Set
fish on 6 warm plates; spoon salsa alongside. Add cilantro sprigs.
