Ingredients:
- 3 medium chicken fryers, split or quartered
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup shoyu
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp fresh root ginger or dried ginger.
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
1. Mix ingredients in bowl, brush over washed chicken splits
2. Grill on barbecue, turning and basting constantly with sauce until pieces run clear fluid when pierced.
